The Season Ahead — Invicta's 2026 Programme
From RQYS club championship racing to the Whitsunday classics, here is how Invicta's 2026 east-coast season takes shape.

Invicta's 2026 season is built around a clear progression: consistent club racing to keep the crew sharp, then the campaign's major regattas through the Queensland winter.
Home-water racing
RQYS club championship racing and the Manly Main Series form the backbone of the programme. Regular weekend racing on Moreton Bay is where boat handling, starts and crew combinations are tested and refined.
The major regattas
The season builds towards the major events — Brisbane Race Week, and the two Whitsunday classics, Airlie Beach Race Week and Hamilton Island Race Week. These regattas bring the campaign up against the broader Grand Prix fleet in open coastal conditions.
Looking further ahead
Year 2 and beyond hold the prospect of offshore passage racing — the Brisbane to Gladstone and Manly to Bundaberg races — subject to the boat's Category 2 offshore ratification.
The full calendar, with locations and formats, is on the Programme page.
